After an Assembly Fellow-led introduction of the filmmaking process, watch the completed short film they made during Session. The film is the outcome of a circle of creative exchanges facilitated by artist Kriss Li between the fellows and Life Line Creative Arts, a writing group inside Eastern Correctional Institution in Napanoch, New York. Artworks by Assembly Fellows were sent to members of Life Line Creative Arts, who wrote three short screenplays inspired by the artwork. During the Session residency, Li supported the fellows to turn the three screenplays into a single short film. After the Q&A, light refreshments will be served.
