Register to join the assembly line to fold and stamp over 3000 copies of issue 26 of The Word is Out, Prisoner Correspondence Project’s newsletter featuring inside contributions by LGBTQ prisoners. The newsletter goes out to PCP’s membership inside over 600 prisons across all 50 states. This issue’s theme, “Music,” was chosen by the PCP inside collective, a group of prisoners who read and respond to monthly meeting minutes from the outside collective. We’ll eat pizza and listen to a playlist of songs selected by this issue’s contributors. You can also sign up to become a pen pal to an incarcerated member of the project.
Access Note: All program space at 46 Washington Avenue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Our restrooms are gender-neutral and ADA-compliant. Administrative offices are located up one flight of stairs, but we offer alternative meeting and workspace on the ground floor.
